Official Opening

19 February 2026 was a proud milestone for Kolabb as we officially opened Euca, Modbury.

It was a pleasure to celebrate alongside our key partners, the City of Tea Tree Gully and builder Centina, as well as homeowners, consultants and the wider community, marking the completion of this boutique development of 25 architecturally designed townhomes delivered alongside a publicly accessible park.

Thank you to Nick Champion, Minister for Housing and Urban Development, Minister for Housing Infrastructure and Minister for Planning, and Ryan McMahon, CEO, City of Tea Tree Gully, for speaking at the opening. Thank you also to Olivia Savvas MP, Mayor Marijka Ryan, Council’s elected members, Paul Nardinocchi, Managing Director of Centina, Liam Golding, Chief Executive of UDIA SA, and Bruce Djite, Executive Director of the Property Council SA, along with everyone who joined us to celebrate.

Euca represents the transformation of previously underutilised land into a vibrant community asset, delivering high-quality, sustainable housing at an attainable price point.

The project features two and three-bedroom townhomes, each achieving a 7-Star NatHERS rating, just 20 minutes from the CBD and moments from Tea Tree Plaza.

The development also includes a landscaped public park with a playground, open lawn areas, trees and new pathways – a shared space for residents and the broader community to enjoy.

We are incredibly proud of this project and yesterday’s celebration was the perfect way to mark the achievement.
