Construction underway at euca

It’s a busy time on site at euca with construction progressing well.

Civil works, also known as early works, started a few months ago with earthworks, ground levelling and road building nearing completion. Current activities include the installation of kerbing and stormwater drains. Construction of the final layer of the road running along the rear of the townhomes is also in progress. We’re pleased to report that our civil works program is on track, despite recent wet weather, and is expected to be finished by the end of August along with stage one of the park directly adjoining the development.

Looking ahead to the next few months, the issuing of titles is one of the key activities to be completed. Property settlement is scheduled for September before townhome construction starts in October.
